Data Deletion

We hold data only for our own accounts (see Privacy Policy). To request deletion:

  1. Message any official Empire Studio creator profile with the subject "DATA DELETION" and the username/identifier concerned.
  2. We revoke associated OAuth tokens at the provider within 72 hours.
  3. We purge associated metrics and credentials from our encrypted store within 30 days and confirm completion by reply.

Platform-side data (posts, messages on third-party platforms) must additionally be removed via that platform's own settings — we action our copies and assist on request.
