Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-09-15. Empire Studio ("we") operates creator publishing software for our own accounts.

Data we handle

• Our own account data: profile identifiers, our published posts, and our own post performance metrics, retrieved via official platform APIs.
• OAuth tokens: stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our own server, used solely to publish to and read metrics for our own accounts.
• Fan interactions on subscription platforms are governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not this one.

What we do NOT do

• No third-party user data collection. No data sale. No advertising profiles.
• No automated following, liking, or direct messaging of other users.
• No transfer of API data to third parties, except platform APIs themselves.

Retention & deletion

Own-post metrics: 90 days, then aggregated or purged. Tokens: revoked at the provider and wiped on request. See Data Deletion.
