Effective 2026-09-15. This site describes Empire Studio's internal publishing tools; no public user accounts are offered.

• Acceptable use: our tools publish original content to our own accounts only, within each platform's rate limits and content rules.
• Intellectual property: all artwork and copy on this site and our channels is original and owned by Empire Studio unless credited otherwise.
• Adult content: restricted to 18+ gated platforms; mainstream surfaces are SFW-only.
• Enforcement: any automated publishing that violates a platform's terms is shut down within 24 hours of notice, and the integration is re-reviewed.
• Contact & abuse: message any official creator profile; abuse reports answered within 24 hours.
